Kangaroo Point Run – 5 November 2017

Winter break is over. With the return of the warmer weather its time for the Minis on the Coast to recommence our monthly events at the start of each month.

Meet at Worthingtons MINI Kariong at 10.00 am for 10.30 am departure on Sunday 5 November 2017.

Travel along the Old Pacific highway to Kangaroo Point. Bring something for lunch and drinks by the water.


Sunday 27th August 2017 – All British Day at Kings School North Parramatta

On Sunday 27th August 2017, the annual All British Day, in conjunction with The Kings School Art Show, will be held at The Kings School, Pennant Hills Rd, North Parramatta.

Join the Mini Car Club of NSW for their annual Show and Shine event at the All British Day.

For entry to Kings School prepaid tickets costing $10 each are required, and the numbers are limited, so get in early.

The Mini Car Club has again purchased a block of entry tickets which for members are free and non-members $10. Trailer tickets are also required if you are towing your car into the site so please advise if this is required.

Please Note: The Association of British Car Clubs has requested for all non-car club members to contact one of the associated clubs for the pre purchase of tickets.

Gates open at 6.30am with the aim to have all cars in place by 9.00am

Cruise to Wollombi, Hunter Valley – 2 July 2017

Attempt number two for the Wollombi run. Last time we had to cancel because of the rain.

Meet at 9.30 am for a 10.00am departure at Worthington BMW/MINI at Kariong. We will then travel up the old road via Laguna to Wollombi. It can be a really good drive. The Minis love the winding road.

Once at Wollombi there are a number of places to eat. The Route 33 cafe at the Wollombi Tavern is reasonable.


Central Coast Heritage Day Car Show -Sunday 21 May 2017

The Central Coast Heritage Day Car Show is being held on Sunday 21 May, 2017 at the Memorial Park, The Entrance, New South Wales.

Meet at the Red Rooster at Erina at 7.30 am for a 7.45 am departure. We need to enter the Memorial Park together so that the cars are all parked with each other.

This has been a really good day in the past. There are lots of cars from all decades. There is music, foods and rides too. heritage-car-show-15-may-2016-8


Fagan Park Run – 7 May 2017

Meet at the normal spot at Worthingtons MINI / BMW at Kariong. at 10.00 am for a 10.30 departure.

We will travel along the Old Pacific Hwy to Asquith, then turn right down Galston Road towards Galston. Finally turn right at Arcadia Road and on to Fagan Park (38-48 Arcadia Road, Galston)

Car park is off Arcadia Road. Note: Parking costs $5 per vehicle. This is news to me too.

Relax with a coffee from the coffee cart, which is open on weekends. Explore the Gardens of Many Nations, which covers 10 hectares and has 11 themed gardens, including Japanese, Dutch, Chinese and Mediterranean. Enjoy a picnic or barbecue, with a number of shelters and electric barbecues that accept $1 coins scattered throughout the grounds.
